FEES AND INSURANCE

Consultation
I offer a free, 30 minute phone consultation to potential patients to get a sense of what you are looking for out of therapy and whether we might work well together.

Intake
Intakes take 60 minutes and fee for services is $205. Intakes can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance.

Individual Session
All individual sessions after the initial intake are 50 minutes and $195 unless other arrangements are made.

Insurance
I am In Network (a preferred provider) with Premera and LifeWise.
​
I am an out-of-network provider for other insurances and your insurance may offer you partial reimbursement.  I can provide you with a statement, invoice or superbill at your request.

Limited sliding scale fees are available for therapy sessions. Fees are based on income, availability, and affordability.
